This course was borne out of my lifelong struggle with self-discipline: These insights have helped me improve and transform my relationship with discipline, enabling me to rise at 5 am, row before sunrise on the river during the winter season, go for an entire month without eating artificial sugars, transition from being an employee to a solopreneur and engage in other behaviors and achieve other feats my old self would have never imagined possible.
